Im moving back to Thailand in the summer but i have a 2yo staffy who i really dont want to leave,, How much would it cost if i was to fly him out with me?
I’m sure you can get an exact answer from the airline you’re flying with from wherever you’re flying to Thailand from. Some airlines will have a nominal fee if your dog and carrier are within your baggage limits, or will charge excess baggage fees plus a pet surcharge. You should also contact the Thai Embassy in your country to check what certification and paperwork is needed, also check the requirements of any countries you may be transiting through, some places like Hong Kong, also require documention. I live in Thailand and know that Thailand is not too restrictive about bring pets in, but your paperwork must be in order and done within a certain timeframe. Good luck and welcome back.
